Job Description:
Our Ottawa based client is looking to upgrade an existing scheduling too.
The resulting contract shall be for a period of one (1) year from contract award. This contract contains an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional consecutive periods of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions.

All candidates must possess reliability clearance.

Tasks:
The scope of work will be broken into two phases which include customization of the upgraded scheduling tool, the complete integration and testing of the tool, and finally the maintenance, support, and training.

The ideal candidate will have::
  • experience within the last 5 years using MS Excel 2003 in at least 3 previous projects where development of macros was required in the creation of pivot tables used to sort and feed data from a schedule to a custom application
  • experience of 2 projects within the last 5 years in making computer applications that interact with NOVELL GroupWise (current version is 7.0)
  • demonstrated experience of 2 projects within the last 5 years in working with computer applications that generate an Adobe document format
